- $750/night ($5,250/week) for the four-bedroom villa*
- $900/night ($6,300/week) for the four-bedroom villa and one-bedroom studio
*We do not rent the one-bedroom studio by itself.
December 15 - April 15
- $1,300/night ($9,100/week) for the four-bedroom villa and one-bedroom studio
Weeks of Christmas and New Years
- $1,500/night ($10,500/week) for the four-bedroom villa and one-bedroom studio
Easter, Thanksgiving Holidays same as December 15 - April 15 rates
All rates include a 10 percent government tourism tax, linens, 2 kayaks, 3 bicycles and cleaning service upon departure.

Payment
We request a 50 percent deposit upon booking. The remaining 50 percent is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders, and bank checks.
